I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it, especially as I could see the courtyard from my double room window and overall had a great experience, although a few staff members were a bit noisy at times.

Location adjacent to the Maisonnave and fantastic restaurants to enjoy pintxos with a glass of wine. Generally nice service with parking by hotel.

the rooms are comfortable modern with a view, so that guests have essentials. quiet atmosphere, nevertheless some people working here are not particularly friendly. favourable location not far from all the major sights and restaurants, and short cab ride to train station, it's very central.

Views are pretty bad.

The location is marvelous and brilliant, close to the adjoining bar/restaurant, the festival center, and the main square. The room is luxurious and quiet, featuring central heating, a safe, multi-channel TV, and a fabulous view of the Cathedral. The staff is very good and welcoming.

cleaning of the hotel and treatment of the reception staff was impeccable, there are no complaints. the unbeatable location, few meters from the town hall and picnic areas. In addition, although outside the town centre, we were able to park for free in a relatively nearby area. Pamplona and whole of Navarre are well worth a visit.

I asked, well in advance, for a double bed and they gave us two single beds together, claiming that this was what they had left; moreover, my partner is over six feet tall and beds were too short, so we had to try a botched solution. After the first night without major problem, we had to ask for the toiletries at the reception, because they did not leave us any, despite having booked 5 nights in a hotel. Honestly, I didn't think the price-quality ratio was fair for the "crowded" category of accommodation.

location is perfect. In two minutes walk they're all over the place. Spacious and comfortable rooms.. We asked for a double bed, they gave us two single beds. No problem, big and comfortable beds, we have rested quite well.. clean venue.. Large and comfortable bathroom.. Cleaning service, etc, great.

I booked, I chose a room with parking, I paid in advance. There was no problem until the last day, since it seems that they don't keep track of the parking spaces they give to the clients, there being more rooms than spaces. So I saw myself when I arrived from spending the day outside, with no free space available having paid in advance. I had to leave the car in a double line, keys to it in reception so that they could move it in case it got in the way of someone. An absolute organizational disaster in this matter. Something so simple to solve how to keep track of bookings / availability, allow new bookings subject to availability. guys at the reception, attentive and kind, as a compensation gave us breakfast the next day.. Another little nonsense is that the air conditioning outlet points directly to the bed, at least in our room. If you were hot at night, you put it on, you'd freeze.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the Museum of Navarra, there is also a lovely restaurant serving a delicious light breakfast.

Superb hotel in Pamplona--especially for Fiesta

In general: I hesitate to post this as I am afraid more people will become aware of how great this hotel is. The location, amenities, and service are all superb. There is not a better hotel in Pamplona--especially for San Fermines. The staff are wonderful. The coffee shop is as excellent as it is fun.

I truly enjoyed the room with a lovely view of a church.

The guest room provided here offers high quality and has amazing views of the cathedral in a magnificent location within a 10-15 minute walk from Taconera park.

I booked the room to attend the San Fermin Festival and to run with the bulls. I chose Maisonnave strictly for its location. It was excessively overpriced for the room I was given. It was clean and well located for the activities of the festival.

The air conditioning was inadequate and the room was quite small considering the cost.

Quick check-in and late check-out. Easy parking nearby.- Marvellous and brilliant location within walking distance to Catedral de Pamplona.- Great restaurant for a light breakfast.

Right in the middle of everything yet the rooms were quiet. Excellent restaurant. Very helpful staff.

Parking is a block away and not convenient to loading or unloading especially during San Fermin festival when the street is almost impassible

Friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Good location to both old quarter and the newer shopping and business areas. The bar that adjoined the hotel was a great extra and an ideal place to meet up with people before going out in the evening.

The only negative was the lack of a minibar which meant that there was no bottled water when I arrived late.
